We’re hiring a few positions for this upcoming season at the Arrowhead Bike Farm in Fayetteville, WV!
We’re a small campground, bike shop, and bar/restaurant located adjacent to the New River Gorge National Park. We have options for living on site and we’re dog friendly for many staff roles.
The roles below range from $15 – $21 hourly plus other compensation like commission, bonus, and tips. Our two management positions also include 7 days paid time off.
The Lead Guide and Camp Host roles are part time, but could mesh well for full time. I’m the owner, so feel free to reach out directly with any questions!

- Bike Shop Manager
Lead our small shop staff to provide exceptional customer service, knowledgeable information, and thorough maintenance. - Food & Beverage Manager
Executive chef & restaurant manager for our small fast casual bar & restaurant, the Handle Bar + Kitchen. - Lead Guide
Lead our bike clinics and tours, ebike tours, and hiking tours throughout the beautiful New River Gorge National Park. - Campground Host
Provide a positive, helpful, and informative presence in the campground. This is a part time position that requires living on site to provide the best experience possible for our guests.
